foo_vis_oscilloscope is an oscilloscope visualization implemented with Direct2D. It is a modernized version inspired by Holger Stenger's "Oscilloscope (Direct2D)".

- Uses Direct2D 1.3 for rendering.
- Implements controls through the mouse context menu with a new color picker.
- Supports the Default User Interface (Default UI) and the Columns User Interface (Columns UI).
- Supports window pseudo-transparency.
- Includes 32-bit and 64-bit x86 component variants as well as ARM64EC.
- Tested on foobar2000 v2.25.10 (x86 64-bit) and Microsoft Windows 11 (Build 26200).
- Built for Windows 10 or later.
