True Peak Scanner

ITU-R BS.1770-5 compliant True Peak scanner. Can also scan ReplayGain, Loudness Range (LRA), Dynamic Range (DR) and show the amount of clipping samples and report the position of highest peak.

0.7.4:

DR scanner uses same album length and multichannel loudness weighting settings as DR Meter v1.0.2+. If DR Meter isn't installed, new weighting rules are enabled.
Changed album RMS to also use track duration weighting. Removed per-track console info spam.

0.7.5:

Hotfix. Improved multichannel weighting was never used.

Supported systems: Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit.

Works with foobar2000 v1.6 and newer
