Popup Panels

This component allows displaying ColumnsUI panels in a popup window.

Prerequisites:
ColumnsUI 2.0.0+

fixed: wrong detection of legacy config files
added: possibility to open the panel config dialog from the titel bar or the top frame egde (write click)
other: compiled with SDK-2023-05-10

Supported processor architectures: x86 32-bit, x86 64-bit.

Works with foobar2000 v2.0 and newer
