This is a decoder which adds support for playing (Ultra) Nintendo 64 Sound format (.USF/.MINIUSF) files.
NOTE: This component now *requires* SSE2 support for Low Level Emulation of the Reality Signal Processor (RSP). Without SSE2, High Level Emulation will be forced on, and may not play every set out there. Although in a few cases, the HLE is actually more compatible.
