Mixes the beginning of the next track over the ending of the previous track without any fading.

Added ability to adjust threshold for the beginning of a track. The tracks should play so that the chosen threshold levels from the two tracks are aligned in the crossmix.

Supported processor architectures: x86 32-bit, x86 64-bit.

Works with foobar2000 v1.6 and newer
