A simple Dynamic Range meter based on DR estimation formula published by https://dr.loudness-war.info/.

- Adjusted DR calculation to closer match DROffline MkII.
- Improved converter post-action safety.
- Added context menu ability to the result dialog.
- Fixed value printing so no negative zero values are shown.
Supported systems: Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit.
Works with foobar2000 v1.6 and newer
